Traymond
So how many of you have suffered from these?...Its easy to get them doing Ura Nage's incorrectly. And I have had my share as well. But did you continue training while you had them or what? tallgeese
I've pulled ab muscles before, and they can be problematic. The best bet is to limit your activites to those that don't actively cause more pain. This will vary depending on where exactly the pain is and how bad the strain.YOu can keep training, you just have to modifiy what you're doing. Now, if the injury is severe enough that it hurts with everything, it's probibly best to just take some time off for recovery. http://alphajiujitsu.com/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJhRVuwbm__LwXPvFMReMww

Traymond
Doing a Ura Nage I has a lower and middle abdominal muscle strain, and wha that hurt, haha, but I kept going to class everyday for three weeks before the pain began to cease, it hurt like a bugger, and I could barely sleep at night... bushido_man96
I've never experienced a pulled ab. If it is worse than just having sore abs, then I'd be setting out, most likely. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Traymond
It limits your mobility, you cant turn to well, and when you do, you basically collapse, haha. To fear death is to limit life - Xin Sarith Azuma Phan Wuku
Tiger1962
I did this once a long time ago - but it happened before my m.a. training - I pulled my ab muscles at the gym on a machine. I just remember it being SOO painful and I stopped exercising for a couple weeks. You sit in it and then pull down with the handles until your legs are crunched up against your stomach.I didn't know it happened that way - at first I thought it was my appendix or something else. lol "Never argue with an idiot because they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience." ~ Dilbert
