white owl Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 we do a spiderman crawl in class he is a variation of one that we do http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMBCbJl7LDs we stay lower to the ground then they do but is very similar.As for the spiderman push ups and lunges I will have to try them. Hindu push ups we do in class every once in the while I feel it works my shoulders and abs and lower back.

Believe me there not I always hurt all over the next day.
