I just had an idea: multiply everything by three and go for 300 squats.

Increase work capacity over broad time and modal domains. Intensity is key.

I was going to try doubling and going for crunches.

Week 4, Day 2: 20, 25, 17 (needed 20), 20, 20 (needed at least 28). This was a rough one. I'm not sure how I'll finish out the week. I may try this set again, and then do an exhaustion test, and back up to week 3.

100 Push-ups

Week 4, Day 1: 18, 22, 16, 16, 25 = 97.

Being sick this week has really thrown off my schedule, but I thought I would just repeat week 4 this week and next. It won't hurt, that's for sure.

I don't know if there is set science to it. If you keep doing them and give your body rest to heal and become stronger, then you will be able to do more reps.

I am going to give this a try. I already know that doing push ups will be part of my testing in the future so I might as well get working on it all now!

Very interesting... my pushups always seem to cap out between 25-30, after that I can go a little longer but form goes out the window

So I'm definitely gonna give this program a try and see if I can bust through my plateaus.
