Ozpunker
Part of our grading at Kaizen Ryu requires us to do a set number of push ups (20 for yellow up to 80 for black). We also do push ups in just about every class. I usually struggle to do mare than the bare minimum so I was happy when someone showed me this siteonehundred push upsI'm currently up to week three and keen to make it to the 100. If you guys give it a go, let us know how well you progress. It'd be cool to see us all trying to get the same results together.

bushido_man96
It'll give me something to focus me to actually do them on a schedule. I'm looking forward to it, actually. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
JohnKeats
I'm on week 6, day 2 (tomorrow is day 3). Although I am not doing full push ups (I don't go all the way down... in 2 weeks or so I'll re-start it with good form). Yesterday I did 80 (58 required) it is a nice program, and seems to be giving results. Slow but good.

bushido_man96
It looks like the reviews are fairly mixed there. I didn't read through all of them, but I didn't notice many that ended up at the 100 total.I'll give it a go, anyways. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
bushido_man96
Today (1-13-09) I did my initial test, and got 21 push-ups in. So, that puts me at rank 3 for the under 40 age bracket. So, it looks like I'm supposed to jump to week 3. Next week, I'll get started. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
