granitemiller Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 Another thing you can try is placing one foot flat on the wall in either a front kick or side kick, and the other foot planted on the ground. Try keeping your foot on the wall without dropping it or losing balance. Sounds simple but it is a good exercise for balance and it will surprise you how hard it can get.
