BstonJoker Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 I totally stink at jumping rope. Thanks for the advice on training with one hand. I want to become lighter on my feet. One of my biggest weakness when Sparing is I am really heavy on my feet. I am bolted to the ground. I will try it and want to get better at it.

When I was training for a fight I did not have time around work and workouts to put the road work in so I would do 20 to 40 minutes of rope work before my work outs. My cardio was great in the ring and I never ran.
