Deirou Kuzan Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 Well I had a few good weeks of rest, so I think I need to get back into training at home again since I really want to lose about 30 more pounds now. This is what I'm planning to do: 30 jumping jacks 50 jumping jacks 70 jumping jacks 100 jumping jacks 20 crunches 30 crunches 10 push ups 20 push ups Cardio 30 minutes(5 days a week) Walking-5 miles(two or three times a week) Martial Arts-One hour + (6 days a week) Does anyone have any suggestions on what to add/get rid of, etc? Thank you very much in advance. Also post your schedule if you have one and you want to share. _________________ "Life is as dear to a mute creature as it is to man. Jack Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 Hello Deirou, what's with the name change from Hiya? And yes that routine looks good, just remember that exercise is only half of it - what you eat is also very important! JackCurrently 'off' from formal MA trainingKarateForums.com
Martial_Artist Posted June 24, 2002 Posted June 24, 2002 Excellent point Jack. Make sure that you eat healthily Hiya. Putting junk food in to fuel your exercise program won't give your body the necessary blocks to keep it running smoothly.
