still kicking Posted August 9, 2008 Share Posted August 9, 2008 I'm built short and fat -- well, not really all that fat, I mean I'm in good shape but kind of round around the middle. Anyway ... I find that I need about a size 4 gi to fit me sideways, but since I'm only 5' tall, even if I get a tournament style gi I have to hem the legs and arms. This is fine, but the top/jacket hangs down way too low. The one that fits best is the Juka Emerald, tournament style and with legs and arms hemmed, but lately I have been fantasizing about having a gi custom made. Does anyone have any experience with this, and is it as expensive as I'm afraid it might be? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
