I train 2 x 1.5 hours a week Kickboxing and 2 x 1.5 hours Karate JK so approx 6 hours a week - would like to do more but its not practical at the moment.. :karate:

I'm usually in there four to five times per week for one or two hours.

4 days a week, and one of those days I have a 3 hour class. But right now I'm lucky if I get 1 or 2 days in it is hay season.

Hay season?, IE you are farmer yes?

Hi everybody.

I'm new to this forum, so I want to start of by greeting everybody here.

I think that it is vital for your development to train a little bit every day. Karate must be nurtured and developed. IMHO a little bit of training every day is better than 2 hard trainings a week.
