Training at Home

I've always wanted to train at home. I've desired living in a home now for several years that would allow me to practice my hyungs. I have 1 and a half years left of being home and haven't been fortunate enough to live in a house with a garage yet. The house we're looking at would be perfect, but things are rough financially.

If I had a basement or garage that would permit me working out at home I'd do basic exercises including lunges, jump rope and pushups. But I'd definitely get a bag for technique and space for the hyungs. :)
