Do you have a daily training routine?

I rarely get up early enough to do anything in the morning but I try to do at least one form or some sort of drill work in the evenings and stretch before I go to bed.

Daily, not so much. I try to break it into weekly chunks of time.

For example, I want to train ma at least twice, lift 2-3 times, and do a crossfit workout at least 3 times. Obviously, I have to overlap. A rest day with nothing is nice in there to.

I try (try is the operative word) to get those things worked in over a week. Then, I'm not tied down to a day to day ritual.

I do some things on most days if I can but for the most part, I tend to make up certain things. Such as, if I'm struggling at one thing, I'll train more for that than usual. Also, time is a large constricter, so sometimes I just don't have enough time to do a large, elaborate work-out and have to make it shorter.

To bring this back a little bit my current routine is very basic but inspired by Jhoon Rhee. I'm doing ten pushups everyday. 10 perfect pushups. After 30 days I up that to 20 each day, then after another 30 days I augment by ten pushups again. My personal goal is to hit 100 in either a minute or even without stopping would be nice. :)

I foresee a better routine in my future though. :D

It's not a daily routine for me, DWx, so much as it's a weekly routine.

Since I'm a single parent, I have to plan regarding the custody days I have with my children, who are age seven. I have every Mon-Tues-Wed, and every other Sunday. They have after-care after school, which means that sometimes I can get in leg stretches or even some hyungs, but lots of times it means that I have to do household business before picking them up. On Mondays and Wednesdays, though, we all have karate together, and I'm permitted to be on the dojang floor, assisting with both regular and special needs children (as mine are). After they're in bed at night, it depends on whether I have work (I'm a teacher, so I bring work home with me regularly) that I can complete in time to give me some leg stretching and/or hyung time. Tuesdays is a day off from karate, as a kind of break for them--and me, unless I can get in hyungs.

On days that aren't my days with the boys, I try to do WaveMaster kicks on one day, say Thursdays, and hyungs that day, too. On another day, say Fridays, I can concentrate on hand techniques against BOB, and hopefully hyungs, as well. At night on both those days, I have karate class.

Saturdays have usually been used by me for solo-practice self-defense and one-step sparring techniques, using the equipment at home that I mentioned, above. Sundays, it depends on whether or not I have my favorite people, my sons David and Patrick. Sometimes, we've done hyungs together; other times, it's been using the equipment or even reviewing self-defense techniques. I can't do a lot of this at home, or else it'll become work for them and that's one way to turn kids off from an activity.

I used to train 3 to 4 times a week regularly, but things have changed over years with regard to my job demands, personal time, health and etc., so now I tend to take it one day at a time and do what I can, when I can & whereever I can (home, school or outdoors). I don't need to add something else to the list to stress about, so that's my "routine" - LOL

I do 80 knuckle pushups a day (sometimes 60, its better then 60 + 20 sloppy ones I think) and I sometimes go for a run. It rains a lot in the Netherlands though, so I can't do it often. And I train 1 day per week in the dojo, 1,5 hours. I would like to train twice, but I have guitar lesson 2, which is at the same time as karate training. :( :P
