There could be any number of reasons why you are getting the headaches, but you should really seek professional advise. Don't leave anything to chance. tori Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 I agree, you should see a doctor. It is possible that strenuous workouts may be causing high blood pressure, which in turn can cause headaches. Live life, train hard, but laugh often.
NewEnglands_KyoSa Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 See a doctor because this could be due to:lack of proper nutrition to be lifting in the first placedehydrationblood pressure issuesother circulatory issuesor many, more serious thingsim thinking blood pressure or dehydration. but i'd go see a doc or a trainer. mortalflesh Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 I have the same issues...have had it for some time. Mine are due to high blood pressure aggrevated by the stress of working out. It may be different for you so, yes, get a doctors advise.
