Shotokan-kez Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 Hi guys just wanted to make a mention for my sensei. Sensei David Grice just passed his sixth Dan. As far as i know he did it over 2 days and was very hard and graded by some fine masters! At 61 i have the utmost respect for him and hope to continue having him as a Sensei for a long time yet! I was really surprised because when he was telling us about it he was saying how nervous and scared he was and he was tense and couldn't relax. I was just thinking..'What, you, scared? Never!' Just cos i can never imagine him being scared, but i suppose we all do.
