osuperu Posted March 11, 2008 Share Posted March 11, 2008 Not that this post is closed for others.....But i'd like some actual human phis and biochemical reasons with regards to:Best time, when/how often to take protien supplementsBest time, when/how often to take creatine supplementWhat makes a stretch session correct and equally incorrect (e.i. only after workout, hold for ateast 1min...etc) not specifically talking about a certain stretch itself), and how often one could stretch a dayThanks for the help!I was in the major for about a year...when switched to growing grapes and making wine.... someone lucked out..
