Not that this post is closed for others.....

But i'd like some actual human phis and biochemical reasons with regards to:

Best time, when/how often to take protien supplements

Best time, when/how often to take creatine supplement

What makes a stretch session correct and equally incorrect (e.i. only after workout, hold for ateast 1min...etc) not specifically talking about a certain stretch itself), and how often one could stretch a day

I was in the major for about a year...when switched to growing grapes and making wine.... someone lucked out.. :brow:

The only thing i would be able to help you with is the protein shakes. People say you should take some before and after the workout. Dont know why before workout, but after workout you have 30mins of better protein absorbtion.

Teach me something =P
