ps1
lol, arm wrestling is very interesting , its all about one muscle in your forarm which is nearly impossible to work out. So it doesn't matter how big you are its all abotu that one muscle. It's 5 muscles, in the anterior forearm:Flexor Carpi RadialisPalmaris LongusFlexor Carpi UlnaisFlexor Digitorum SuperficialisFlesor Digitorum ProfundusIn addition, the muscles of the rotator cuff, chest, and biceps come into play. There is no skeletal muscle that is impossible to strengthen or work out. "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius." yingampyang
1: they are all in one area , that why i said 1 muscle or 1 muscle group. 2: i said nearly impossible. 3: I know all the names of the muscles and bones and everything else about the body , but i like to keep it simple for thoses people who dont know. But thanks for sharing your knowlege. I think that there is no 1 style , and that to truly become a great martial artist and person you must take information from where ever you can. I believe that size of the muscles can actually play a pretty vital role.. bushido_man96
Go to youtube and look up magnus samuelson former world strongest man he will teach you how to arm wrestle its more forarm strength then biceps as wellThis was my impression as well. There is an art to it. It is not something a lot of people really train for...just those who have a knack for it.Have you ever seen the movie Over the Top with Sylvester Stallone? Good stuff! Oh yea ofcourse , if the guy is like twice the size of you , lol I think that there is no 1 style , and that to truly become a great martial artist and person you must take information from where ever you can. bushido_man96
However, the guy can be twice your size, but as long as you have trained the proper muscles, as ps1 has pointed out, then you would have an advantage of specialized training. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
yingampyang
Yes you will have an advantage , but that doesn't mean your gonna win. I think that there is no 1 style , and that to truly become a great martial artist and person you must take information from where ever you can. bushido_man96
Well, if that is the case, then you could say the same about all of your training when it comes to a fight. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
yingampyang
Yes you could , but my advantage would be much higher than say a man who is twice the size of you.
