Isshinryufanatic Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 Seisan, Seiuchin, Nanhachi, and Kyan no Sai kata along with basics and rolls & falls were tested. Kumite was about 45 minutes long against a Shodan and a 4th Kyu, tough test.
