Can someone describe a burpee for me?

A horrible exercise designed to burn out your legs and make you wish you hadn't gone to training that everning. :lol:

Basically like Brian's links, you go down squat thrust and jump up..

Basic squat thrust with a push up in the down position and then you jump up into the air.

hate them, put a good total body work, did I tell you I hate them. :lol:
