ericjones80
i was reading up on the facility that the actors and stunt team of the movie "300" trained at....they had them do a timed routine called "300" and it looked pretty brutal...I'd say worse than the Burpees. Check it out http://www.gymjones.com/knowledge.php?id=35 I support Gym Jones I use AWMA
bushido_man96
I read up on that program before, and those guys were a bunch of freakin' animals! That is one heck of a workout routine. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
white owl
We do burpees in our dojo at least 1 or 2 times a week. Our Sensei challenges us with doing 50 burpees in less 5min. and another one is 100 burpees in less than 10min. They make me sick every time. I have trouble with them, especially the push-up part. Mainly because, well, my push-ups suck. I will work on them, though. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

bushido_man96
Yikes! Adding the spin would be a killer! How cool is that. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
yingampyang
Sounds like a good strong workout plan. I think that there is no 1 style , and that to truly become a great martial artist and person you must take information from where ever you can. PunchYourFACE
How many reps a set? Teach me something =P
bushido_man96
As many as you want. Some people try to see how many they can do in 2:00 minutes. Some will do intervals of 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest of 2 minutes. You can mix it up, depending on what your focus is. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
white owl
We usally see how many you can do and 2 min.We did a drill a while back with a round timer 2 min. and see how many you can do with a 30 second rest and then another 2 min. and see how many you can do. we also do how many you can do in 5 min. the goal is 50. But you do it how ever you want. I'll do 10 to 20 at home while practicing katas (doing in between the katas) at home that makes the legs really tired after a few.
