well I have been taking Karate lessons for about 4 weeks now, 2-3 lessons per week. I have noticed more energy,etc but weighed myself on Fri, and wow I lost 5 pounds !! woo hoo

glad to hear of your progress, but try not to

pay too much attention to numbers when it comes to

losing weight, they can be decieving to say the least.

just have fun & slowly improve your life style!
