I'm just INSANELY curious about this, so, here's my question:

For those of us who DO lift weights(in addition to MA training), what's your favorite exercise to do with them?

I should probably say what my faves are, huh?

OK, I like squats, bicep curls and military press.

When i get my barbell back from home im at uni:P

Currently doing bicep curls with dumbells which i like. I really like the clean and press tho

The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.

Bench is what I like the most. Also love the feeling in next morning after hard training.. my upper torso is stuck :lol:

If I had a bench, I'd like it best (because I hate push-ups). Otherwise, curls would be next. I do enough low stance traning for my legs.

Bench pressing first. Then leg extensions.

As far as compound muscle go:

Romanian deadlift

Clean and Jerk press

Squats

Chin ups

Seated rows

For iso lifts:

military press

dumbbell flys

lat pull downs

overhead tricep extensions

decline bench benchpress

leg curls
