First I moved this post to health and fitness because it better fits here.

Second the binge/purge cycle is not good for anyone.

103 pounds at 155cm erumm about 5'2" is not fat for someone with muscle tone. My sister of the same height wore size 1 and 3 clothers at 98 pounds. Definately not fat.

You are not fat at all.

I suggest you give up the binge/purge cycle and do some proper research into healthy eating and exercise. Starving is a definite no-no!

Don't starve yourself. It's nit good for anyone, besides your not even fat! If anyone wants to slim down you should still eat but avoid any fatty foods and eat lean meats and vegetables and take up more exercise.

I was thinking about this and there is something else you need to take into account that really for an athlete matters more than how much they weigh. It is body fat percentage. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so that an athletic five foot two inch girl will weigh more than a couch potato of the same height and waist measurement. Don't be a slave to the scale.

i think you should talk to your doctor, cause they have little charts that tell you that stuff. Also, you can go to bollingerfitness.com and find out your bmi and body fat percentage, and compare it to the norm.

Take up Tai Chi. Learn meditaion do things to releave any stress. Stay away from mean people and eat healthy food. Running and eating healthy is much better than starving yourself. Check out the Are You Fat? Thread and The Did You Know..? for more health advice that will help.
