hey i was thinking about joining a dojo for the first time in my life, but i just hurt my back. im looking for some advice. i know that having strong abs is the best way to prevent back injuries, but i was wondering how soon after my hurting my back should i join? thanks for the advice and help!

I would advise you to pay a visit to someone who can physically examine your back and provide you with a professional diagnosis - namely your doctor.

id say dont do anything until ur back is totally recoverd, it doesnt hurt what so ever. u might want to do something, but dont, ull injure it even more. sum back stretches wud help it, all i can say is do alot of stretching, maybe see a chiro

I dont know if this is correct but i thought that having strong abs unbalanced you body and made back problems occur more
