whatbutton Posted August 22, 2007 Posted August 22, 2007 hey i was thinking about joining a dojo for the first time in my life, but i just hurt my back. im looking for some advice. i know that having strong abs is the best way to prevent back injuries, but i was wondering how soon after my hurting my back should i join? thanks for the advice and help! hey guys sup

JMac32 Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 id say dont do anything until ur back is totally recoverd, it doesnt hurt what so ever. u might want to do something, but dont, ull injure it even more. sum back stretches wud help it, all i can say is do alot of stretching, maybe see a chiro
