savedbygrace Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 If so, please share some training techniques you use when practicing with it. Thanks. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6
bushido_man96 Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 (edited) I have never trained on one before, but I think it would be a challenge. I think they are mainly used to attack and then slip as they come back at you. Tkd_MMA Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 I have a headache bag. and useing them does cause one heck of a headache. I'm not sure if there is a good way to practise with one of them. I've only used it 3-5 times sence i've owned it. its just making my work out room look full.
