I to would like to lose weight but need know how to work around broken ribs an slip disc in my back

so is there way for me to work around this?

i also have breathing problem an heart problems

i need to be careful about how long i work out

can anyone help find a way please an thank you

Hmmm- broken ribs really restrict safe movement- how far from healing are you?

I believe that rest is the only cure for broken ribs, so your doctor & your pain level would be your guide.

A "slipped" disc could mean a lot of things. I have found that my back problems were greatly helped by karate training & the core workout you get. That said, if you have severe back problems, I doubt you would be able to do most martial arts.
