marie curie
Hmmm- broken ribs really restrict safe movement- how far from healing are you? You suck-train harder.......................Don't block with your faceA good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving. -Lao Tzu
TigerDude
I believe that rest is the only cure for broken ribs, so your doctor & your pain level would be your guide.A "slipped" disc could mean a lot of things. I have found that my back problems were greatly helped by karate training & the core workout you get. That said, if you have severe back problems, I doubt you would be able to do most martial arts. If you think only of hitting, springing, striking or touching the enemy, you will not be able actually to cut him. You must thoroughly research this. - Musashi
