gzk
Howdy,After having graded up, my training is now on Monday and Wednesday. Unfortunately, baseball training is now also on Wednesday, so I'm left with training once a week (BJJ, then shoot afterwards). Can you improve with this little training? DWx
I'd say yes, as long as you are willing to work (very) hard and put in extra practice at home. It may take longer for you to reach the next grade though. "Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it." ~ Confucius
ps1
Wouldn't the alternative be not to train? That's not a very good option! You may not improve as quickly, but you won't get worse either with only one day per week. Baseball doesn't last forever. Just train once a week and get back to your usual schedule as soon as the baseball season ends. Good Luck "It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenius." bushido_man96
Well put, ps1.I would have to agree with ps1 and DWx. Just keep doing what you can, while you can. Try to find ways to apply what you do in baseball to your grappling, and vise versa, as far as movement, actions, etc. It may seem silly at first, but it will stimulate you to think about both, and who knows what you might come up with. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

lordtariel
You can improve a little, but it's more likely you'll just maintain. My suggestion is to ask your instructor if you can go to the advanced class the day you can make it and one of the classes you were in previously another day. bushido_man96
I don't know if it will work for you, but can you get some solo training sessions in? https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
A_Train
Well put, ps1.Try to find ways to apply what you do in baseball to your grappling, and vise versa...I might start watching baseball if instead of having to tag the runner with the ball, you instead had to make them tap out. marie curie
I think this depends a lot on you- how much time/energy do you have to put toward your MA at home? With baseball you will obviously be in good shape, so you should be able to get a lot out of your one day.
