Jay
I am basically looking for some information on good nutrition in order to help me get my 6 packabs and improve my metabolism so if people could suggest the sort of things i should eat and when that would be great becasuse im far more likely to stick to somthing if someone else has given me something to do The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline. turbo wrx
I'm not the best person to answer this since I still consume my fair share of junk food, but I've changed my diet in a few ways. I try to eat healthier bread now, like multi-grain. I try to incorporate some fruit into my diet instead of junk food snacks. I've also cut down on soda (I hope I can maintain this). In general, I would say drink plenty of water, get enough rest, avoid trans fat, and start watching the nutrition labels on foods you buy/eat. "First you must know yourself. JackCrevalle
http://www.drfuhrman.com/library/articles.aspxHis "Eat to Live" book is also a great reference if you are willing to be open-minded about the way you've been taught (and sold) your eating habits. bushido_man96
I would speak to a nutritionist. They can put you on a diet to help you reach your goals. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

bushido_man96
Local physical rehabilitation centers may have nutritionists on board. You could also speak with your doctor to find out who the local dietitian/nutritionist would be in your area. Personal trainers may be able to give you some advise as well.If you know of anyone around your area that does anykind of professional sport competition, I would be willing to bet that they have a dietitian/nutritionist as well. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

Rainbow_Warrior
I once spekead to a nutritionist , she was a women. I wanted a Diet to get more muscle mass. She told me that I was ok , and did not need that...but she made me a diet....nothing weird.....You should go to a specialized SPORT nutricionist...because many of the average ones work with women , or old people who just wanna loose fat... ´´ The evil may win a round , but not the fight ´´
