boyo1991 Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 this may have been solved, and someone might have said the same thing, but there is a possibility that its not exactly the same so: if you are injured, take it slow, so you dont lose your ability, and so you dont get more injured. but try going faster after it feels better, that way you can still train to your full ability... Akaratechick Posted April 8, 2007 Author Posted April 8, 2007 I actually think the steroid pack is working, or it is getting slightly better on its on, either way I'm happy today I had a good work out, not to hard but good. So I think I am back on track, I could get lucky and it help my knee too. that would be awesome!!! "All your life you are told the things you cannot do. They will say you're not good enough, strong enough or talented enough; you're the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to play this or achieve this. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no, until all the no's become meaningless. ………..…. “AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES."Nike Ad.
