boyo1991 Posted April 6, 2007 Share Posted April 6, 2007 this may have been solved, and someone might have said the same thing, but there is a possibility that its not exactly the same so: if you are injured, take it slow, so you dont lose your ability, and so you dont get more injured. but try going faster after it feels better, that way you can still train to your full ability...
