turbo wrx
Cool/informative thread. I agree that form/technique should be worked on first, and then speed will naturally follow.I need to work on my leg strength. Bicycling is one fun idea. Also, I'm not so worried about performing front snap kicks, but I feel so inflexible with side kicks. We haven't officially learned side kicks yet (I'm still very new), but I've played around at home and can't seem to get my legs high at all sideways, especially my left leg. I've been trying to stretch a little each day. Do you think after reaching a certain age, it will become hard to gain flexibility? I don't want to say my age, but I feel old. bushido_man96
Age can be a factor, along with genetics. You can still make gains, but they may take longer to come along than if you were younger. Just keep at it! https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
