Reduce your caloric input and increase your cardiovascular exercise (=cardio). If age could be a factor, you'll have to work that much harder to increase your metabolic rate - the rate at which you metabolize food. There are also supplements called thermogenics that will help you burn calories faster. You can get them at a GNC or other nutrition/fitness store. Talk to a store rep.
