badclams Posted July 23, 2007 Share Posted July 23, 2007 Well for the men ya lose as many nutrients (per shot) as;8oz beef steak4 oranges3 limes...plus your body puts out a the sedation chem (cant remeber the name off hand). the only thing I notice is a lil extra mental clairity but I abstain till after a class, test, or workout jus because anyway...eat a bigger breakfast and be patient. lol!
