a_ninja
Does anyone know about free running? it is a great training method for any type of martial arts. It is basically running with obstacles inyour way which you jump, flip, sumersalt, handspring and ect over. Tell me what are your opinions on free running and have you done it before? the best fight is one that doesnt happen
bushido_man96
I have heard of it, and seen a bit of it on a TV special once (Discovery, I think).I think it looks like a lot of fun; however, I am not a runner, so it doesn't interest me that much. I think it would be great exercise, and it would definetely make running more fun. Much akin to the stunts that Jackie Chan pulls in his movies, like running up walls, etc. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

I like it its awsome to watch and very good body conditioning The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
lordtariel
It sounds like fun, but it also sounds like you could get injured if you're not careful. There's no place like 127.0.0.
