My lower abs are really weak and I want to try to work on them. I do exercises at home, but I was wondering if there was anything (exercises) maybe someone could recommend that I could do while at work. I dont have anywhere to lie down, so if anyone knows anything I can try standing or sitting please let me know. Thanks.

These may be tough to do while seated. Standing, you could do knee raises. The faster you can do them, the better, though.

Here's one: Scooch your butt to the edge of your seat, extend your legs out a bit (doesn't have to be straight), keep your body upright, and grab the sides of the chair by your hips. Heels just off the floor. Using controlled motion, draw your knees into your chest, keeping them slightly bent. Lower them in a controlled motion, barely touch the floor with your heels, and then repeat.

Hope that helps!

I think the best piece of ab equiptment i own is my bed. What i do is laay flat down on it and grab hold of one of the uprights at either end of the bed. I then holding onto that lift my hips of the ground and then do leg raises these really do kill and i can only manage sets of 10 but they work.

The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
