bushido_man96 Posted January 2, 2009 Author Posted January 2, 2009 12-31-08Went running again this morning. This time, it was outside, and I took the dog with me. He had a good time, but I think he was wishing I was a bit swifter. I wasn't able to do a whole mile, but did what I could. When I stopped and walked a bit, I would then do shorter running burst, but at a higher speed. Either way, I'll get better. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

tallgeese Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 today-we did a 4- hour arm routine today. it's a bit of gimmick, but it does frag the arms and might shock some growth. i called it a new years workout, a buddy called it "how gym rats have fun"basically, every 15 minutes you did 3 sets of bi/tri work. we made this even better by free rolling every other break period for the entire time. working occassioanlly on movments where people were getting stuck.turned out it was 4 hours of fun and burn with a couple of pals i lift and roll with. good way to ring in the new year's training. http://alphajiujitsu.com/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJhRVuwbm__LwXPvFMReMww

joesteph Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 Class with my sons. After two weeks of school and karate "vacation," it was back into the dojang for my seven-year-olds and me. There was running to fetch targets (a fun race), punching and kicking "squeaky" targets strapped on a WaveMaster, some wrist grab self-defense, and anti-stranger work.
