Bumps, shrimps, and alternating between the two. I was permitted to do the warm-up with them, then the boys took turns between our instructor and me, doing self-defense against strangers (ear slaps, palmheels to the nose, and tonight elbows to the face were added), defense against wrist grabs, and Pyung Ahn Cho Dan. In recognition, they received a green stripe to add to their two orange stripes, so we celebrated afterwards at McDonald's with extra oatmeal cookies. ~ JoeVee Arnis Jitsu/JuJitsu
