I thought that it would be kind of a way for me to shake things up. Random book grabbing. I did some of the techniques in the sand at the park. Advancing and retreating in front stances in the sand is really different. Stepping together and kicking from a fighting stance. 10 each side. This has always been a tough kick for me, and it was tough today.
