On squat day, the assistance work is deadlifts, 5 sets of 10 at 50% of the training max. On press day, I'll do 5 sets of 10 at 50% on the press (since I don't bench press anymore), and on deadlift day I'll do 5 sets of 10 at 50% of squat training max.Taught TKD Class: 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
