Worked male/female triangle foot work strikes from teh fluid 5. hammer Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Thanks everyone...nice to see when the training pays off.Was talking to my instructor after last night's class and he knew someone who went to class later in the day after running the Boston Marathon. Some might say dedication but I think it's a bit crazy...
