bushido_man96 Posted March 16, 2008 Author Posted March 16, 2008 3-14-08Ground Fighting Defense seminar: 8:00 - 4:00. Another great training seminar. I really enjoyed it, and learned a lot about some ground fighting. This was my first experience with ground fighting since Wrestling in the 8th grade. I loved every minute of it. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
