abs

20 min of stance work, weighted for structure. Followed by footwork.

Drilled gi choke from top side with lapel entanglement.

30 min free roll.

3,3 min rounds standing. Continuing to revamp my ranging. Incorporated functional trapping to the equation tonight.

(Another early start to the session.)

90 situps (30 knuckle, 30 normal, 30 kanku)

90 pushups

90 squats

2x10 one arm pushups

2x10 finger tip push ups

30 switch thrusts (A squat thrust done one leg at a time)

5 mins Russian twists with Medicine ball

5 mins sit ups passing medicine ball between three people.

30 Medicine ball drop to stomach full situp.

40 mins bag work (arms)

20 mins bag work (legs)

30 mins combination work

30 min conditioning (body & legs)

9 knockdown bouts (1 min to 3 min bouts)

Chest/ arms

15 min of stance and footwork. Trapping. Worked over some problems from last nights sparring.

10 min knife disarms.

Taught TKD: 6:00 - 7:30 pm. Smaller class tonight. Worked through basics, and forms spent time working new forms for new ranks. One-steps the same way, and then some sparring. Worked on the right blocking tool and angular footwork for sparring.

Drilled maintaining side mount no gi and moving into striking/ sub finish.

2 rounds of escaping from bottom under strikes.

30 min free roll. No strikes w/ mma gloves.
