Drilled double under and over/ under guard pass. Tied them together for a flow drill.

35 min free roll.

-Interval running uphill/downhill. 20 rounds, 30s on, 30s rest.

-30s sprint to finish.

Circuit:

-30s squats.

-30s starjumps.

-30s switch mae geri.

-30s uchi-mawashi geri.

-30s kin geri.

rinse, repeat.

-5min drilling front leg yoko geri (snap side kick) for speed.

-2 sets pushups to exhaustion.

-1hr Kyokushin class (afternoon).

-Kata: Pinan Ichi/Ni/San/Yon/Go. Tsuki-no. Yantsu. Looking at Bunkai for an upcoming grading.

-2hr Kyokushin class (evening).

Drilled the weeks guard passing techniques. Worked specifically on a lapel grip pass that my coach had worked with me during open mat on Wed.

20 min free roll.

30 min of free roll, new opponent every 2 minx 5

15 min stand up work. Light movement and combo drills. Yeah, that's right. I worked stand up. a little.

Drilled the guard break from last night. Added a break via attacking the ankles.

-Taught kids Kyokushin class in the afternoon.

-Kata: Pinan Ni/San/Yon/Go, bunkai applications with partner.

-2hr Kyokushin Class (evening).

-2-3 min full contact sparring after class.

Drilled collar choke from weak side back. Transition to bow and arrow choke if he goes to strong side to escape.
