bushido_man96
1-24-08Traditional TKD Class: 6:00 - 7:00. After basics, I did the forms with the low ranked students again: Dan-Gun 2 times at instructor count, Won-Hyo once at instructor count, Choong-Moo on own count, Kwang-Gae on own count, Gae-Baek on own count, and finally Yoo-Sin on own count. One-steps followed, and then sparring.I am dead tired by the time sparring rolls around, but I imagine that I have to get better eventually. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

bushido_man96
1-31-08We had a small testing tonight, with only 4 testing. Before testing, I worked BOB over for around 10 minutes. Not an intense workout, but I was hitting hard, and working on combinations. After testing, I taught Orientation from 7:00 - 8:00. There were 6 fresh college students in the class, and I felt pretty good about what they had done so far when the class was over.Teaching Orientations always gives me a little bit of a workout, too, because I have to demonstrate more. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

bushido_man96
2-2-08TTA Instructor's Seminar. It went from 3:30 - 8:00. We had a good hour long of basics and Do Kang work, and then a sit-down question and answer session on forms. We then moved on to Ho Sin Sool, which was very basic, but we can get some good applications out of them. Later on we did some Do Kangs with a knife, which was interesting, but different. Following the Do Kangs with knife, we had another question and answer session on one-steps and instruction in general. Overall, it was a pretty good seminar, and I got a pretty good workout from it. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
