Woke up at 4am = 630pm central time

Stationary bike = 2 miles

Elliptical = 2 miles

Treadmill jog = 1 mile

Chest:

Incline Dumbbell Flies - 45lbs for 15reps x3

Flat Bench press - 135lbs for 15-20reps x10

Flat Bench over head - 60lbs for 10reps x3

Decline Bench press - 135lbs for 10reps x3

Leaning Tri push - bodyweight for 10reps x3

Decline Dumbbell flies - 30lbs for 10reps x 3

Flat Bench press - 115lbs for 15, 12, 10, 8reps x4

Abs:

Hanging leg raises - 10reps x3

Decline crunches, side crunches - 25reps each x5

Flat bench leg lifts - 15reps x3

Planks (center, side) - 2min each side.

Perfect Practice makes Perfect.

Drilled escaping mount via elbow escape then by shrimping from a modified mount to a sweep.

40 min free roll.

1 mile run.

Either the ankle is slowly improving or it was just great to be outside.

-30min active and static stretching.

-10min mawashi geri drills on heavy bag.

-10min jumping knee drills on kick shield with partner.

-90min Kyokushin class (evening).

Off to Thailand tomorrow!

4/28 helped out masterpain at a seminar he was running. We helped some youngsters learn how to fall down and not get punched

Pre-class: Side kicks on the powerline, doing consecutive kicks, working on the chamber and the pivot. Left leg spin side kicks, as well. All really easy, with the leg muscle still giving me fits. Did Chon Ji, Dan Gun, and Bo Chung hyungs.

Taught TKD: 6 - 7pm.

Taught TKD: 6-7pm. Tournament is coming up this weekend, so I got through basics, giving them a good workout and warmup with fewer interruptions of me correcting things, and then went into forms. Focused on some tricky parts for each rank, then finished class with some sparring.

30 min walk, stretch.
