-2hr Kyokushin class, afternoon.

-Thai pad work with partner, 10min.

-Explosive training (flipping heavy bag, plyo bodyweight and jumping kicks), 10min.

-Heavy bag combinations, 10min.

-Light contact sparring, focus on movement, 5min.

-90min Kyokushin class, evening.

TKD class: 6:00 - 7:10. Finally back to a class! I was sore, and out of shape. I really have to get my legs back under me now.

10 minutes of Wrestling practice with Kendall prior to his regular practice. Worked on stand-up to standing switch, did some arm drags, and a shoot/sprawl drill.

late pm:

Drilled arm throw, trip , drop underhook throw. Finished with arm bar and americana.

30 min free roll.

3, 3 min free spar.
