I got hung up a few times (a lot of times), but stayed with it. yamesu Posted December 6, 2012 Share Posted December 6, 2012 6 Dec 2012.-Warmed up with a 3km walk, then 1km jog after work.-Supersets at fitness/calesthenics equipment, 45 min = (Pull ups variations, pushups variations).-Lower body stretching, 15 min.-1km jog.-Hill sprints with kicking drills at top, 10min.-Abs (10min).
