yamesu Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 19 Nov 2012-120min Kyokushin class, cardio and kicking focus.-Short abs routine.20 Nov 2012-Stretching warmup.-Kihon, punches ad blocks (10min) and exersizes to exhaust arms (5min).-Pushups with exhausted arms (3x sets 30 on fingertips, palms, fingertips).-Abs work with weights.-Kicking drills (knees, groin kicks, front kicks -10min).-Partner kick shield work. Mawashi Geri (200 total each leg), Punching combos with sabaki (10min).-Body conditioning with partner (body punches with sabaki - 10min).-Blocking work with partner (5min).-Free sparring (25min).-Triangle pushups (10) followed by wide arm on palms (20).-Chin ups to exhaustion.-Stretch down.
