-Push-pull training, with 10kg weights (30min).

-Pull ups to exhaustion.

-Stretching.

-Drilled body and head roundhouse (Cudan/Jodan Mawashi Geri) on kcik-shield with partner.

-3 hours Wakeboarding today (and a perfect day for it!).

-Strech up and down.

Just about to tackle (im exhausted from earlier efforts so its going to be pretty meek this evening...:

-Drill roundhouse kicks,

-10 min interval running on treadmill,

-Light abs routine,

-Strech down.

Worked on bow and arrow variants from back

-Abs (crunches, lateral raises, leg raises, full sit ups, reverse torso raises and plank).

-Drilled Kiba Dachi (straddle stance) to get my legs back in action after mondays efferts.

Night shoot at the range, pistol, rifle, shotgun. Shot really well with the pistol, and acceptably with the rifle and shotgun.

-120min kyokushin class. Focussed a lot on kicks and some body conditioning.

-Abs routine: Crunches, lateral and reverse torso raises, leg raises, full sit ups, plank.
