Also had a follow up appt with the doctor today, and got a lovely cortizone shot in the biceps tendon. xo-karate Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 10/15gym 45 min (same routines as normally is 75 min, but instead of rest I undulated with lower and upper body reps.) Was also an aerobic workout ( or anaerobic..)
