-pushups pyramid.

-squats (x60).

-drilled bo and sai kata.

22 Sept 2012

-drilled bo an sai kata.

-pushups sets (40, 20 etc).

23 Sept 2012

-kicking drills, gedan mawashi and chudan mae geri.

-5 min jog.

-pullups to exhaustion.

-light dumbbell and heavy kettlebell supersets.

Tension side kicks: sets 3, each leg, 10 sets. Setting leg down between each kick.

PM rehab: 25 minutes.

AM physical therapy at clinic: 45 minutes. Started pulley work and adding in weight for resistance.

PM: 30 minute rehab at home.

PM home session - 30 minutes; only 10 minutes on the 25th PM session; out of town and didn't have all my stuff with me, so I improvised a bit.
