I was really sore for several days after those leg cranks, so I toned them down a bit to build up to doing more.

1/2 JC Leg Cranks

Squats: 24

Lunges: 12 each leg

1 minute rest between.

Stretch: seated straddle, left and right, butterfly, ham and quad stretches while standing.[/u]

8/8/12- Back and Biceps, performed all Heians and Pinans thru Godan, Naihanchi, Sen Sha Do Shodan, Nidan, and Sandan, and Bassai Dai.

Stretching routine.

8/8 evening class- did applications from 1st 2 katas and put them into kumite situations. (Jammed my finger for the 3rd time!!)

90 min free roll. Tournament prep. Nit picked a lot of stuff thru the rolls to tighten things up. Focused primarily on stuff I'm already good at to focus it for the tournament on the 18th.
